Non receipt of free gifts

For having purchased books/CDs I was offered free gifts and was advised to log on to the web sites http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm

& http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/offers.htm wherein I was directed to furnish requested details viz. Unique Code, ITBC Membership No, Invoice No & Email.

Despite of furnishing all details (Unique Code: 163769911A080242160, ITBC Membership No:.0GA080240689, Invoice No: ORA080242160, Email: babugsv@canbank.co.in) the site is throwing the error please fill in correct details. The same was brought to their notice and I was advised to log in after 48 hours. Even after 48 hours despite of several attempts the result was the same. I sent several mails to them including to their executives in this regard but I didn't hear any response from them. They are deceiving the members by prompting gifts offers.

Once they come to know of your credit card details they are debiting your card without your consent for the books/CDs which we have not purchased/received and duping the members.

Please any body can guide me/public how to prevent such acts and expose them for their dubious acts and punish for cheating the public.
