India today book club holiday package
Non Reciept of Holiday package after payments for more than 5 monts

I have made an booking in India today book club for the holiday package on 13.05.2009 for avail the offer on June last, but the services are so that I have not got the booklet etc till now. And I have called many times in there customer care for that also mailed many times.

Finally I have to put the request to cancel the same order, you are requested to please refund the same amount (Rs. 5943) as earliest.

Complaint no given by your executive Ms. Sushma for cancelation is 13366.

No action is taken yet, are these companies only for frauds there.

If this is so I may strongly request to ban this company and the licence must be immediately cancelled as well and the damages also must be recovered from them for all the complainees.
