Substandard & difference in what was promised and delivered

I am a suscriber of Harvard Business Review from India Today Group. They gave my contact details to their division INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB . Following is the text of letter which I have been writing to them :

Dear Sami / Rohit Kumar,

I received the promo code on 13th June .(for which I paid on 10th May)

The list of resorts available on the the basis of promo code is very very low as compared to the list of resorts provided by you (65) by email ..

The available resorts is only 8 to 9, that too mostly in South India which is not practically possible to use from Delhi.

This is a complete LET DOWN from the INDIATODAY group.

I booked two holiday vouchers and I find vast difference between what was promised & the actual delivered.

I request you to return my money at the earliest.
