Delaiying in order and also not complete items as per invoice

Hello Sir,

1) Here is My Invoice No. ORA090012811 DATED 4-3-09 as per company sales person that the order will reach u within may be 20 working days but it reaches after 30 days.

2) When we open the pack we found two (2) items short as per invoice. when i place my complaint to the ITBC on customer care no. they told it will be delivered to u when it will be in stock but till date 03-05-09 it is not yet received.

3) At the time of purchase i clearly asked that is there any amount to pay for the gift voucher they reply that nothing u have to pay. but when i reach on site to claim my gift voucher i did not found it till 15 days after 15 days they put the voucher on net and when i went through the T&C they mentioned there that you have to send a DD of Rs.800/- in favour of indiahotelreview.com for arrangement of hotel booking.

Please help me. and tell me what i have to do.?
