Defected material sold by ITBC

Had placed an order for Swatch watch on 24.06.2009 with Booking ID MITBC-WEB-22445119.

It was converted into Order number on 28.06.2009 with ID M-COMMERCE/0GA090050531.

I recieved the product on 15.07.2009. The watch doesnt work. It seems a dead watch.

Moreover there is no manufacturing date anywhere on outer or inner cover or on the watch. Its surprising, since it is mandatory to have manufacturing date on every product.

Would request ITBC to replace me with a working proper watch and it should have manufacturing date on it.
