Not refunding the second payment for on line orde

The case in brief is like this:

1. I ordered for Rebok Shoes and Benneton watch for a combined price of Rs.2198/- on 23-03-09 vide order No. OGA090027254 and the payment made by credit card was realied by Living Media on 24-03-09.

2. I received an SMS from cell no. 09911520336 dated 27-03-09, from their side to state that the payment did not realize hence the order is to be treated as cancelled. Since then I am in correspondence to trace the payment or the delivery.

3. On 29-05-09, one Mr. Satveer came on telephone line and on hearing my details, confirmed the non supply against the above order and prompted me to place/reconfirm the order for the same product and I responded by making payment again by same credit card on line, under order reference 7770024351 and the payment was realised by living Media on 02-06-09, as may be seen from the attachment marked as ' SBI Statement June 09.', i responded in good faith and for misleading assurance of Mr. Satveer. Till such time i was given all kind of bogus answers that the product was not in stock, courier is in the process etc, etc., in reply to my endless tele calls and mails.

4.But on verification of bank statement on line, I was shocked that the so called failed transaction has already ended by a debit of Rs.2198/- to my card account on 24th March as mentioned above.

5. After innumarable attempts and spending a fortune on std calls to hear your recorded music, at last on 31st May (sunday), your one Mr. Azeem Khan came on line. On long holding of the call he could confirm the facts and assured me of arranging the refund of Rs.2198/- debited to my card on 24th March, with in a weeks time.

6. There after my efforts in chasing the refund as a miraj did not stop. Wasted even more on tele calls and emails (see the series below) with out any meaning ful clarification. Only casual replies even with out understanding the problem.

7.They went on asking for verification, clarification, confirmation of 100 things, despite having all the relevant info. on their system. But they never attempted to explain the delivery or refund status for two payments realized for the same product.

8. My patience now stands fully tested and infested with high degree of frusturation for the above reasons.

9. I am looking for quicketst refund of the payment of Rs.2108/- collected by misleading together with compensation for financial lossses and mental agoney suffered by me.
