India Today Book Club(Living Media India Limited)
Free gifts promised not receiced

India Today Book Club sent me a letter which said that if I buy a CD pack worth 500/- I would get a free holiday voucher in addition to other gifts. The India Today company is a big and prestigious company (or so one thought) and so I trusted the offer and sent the money. I received the CD pack but not the gifts. The accompanying letter said I could claim my gifts online but I could not log on to the site. After no redressal after many phone calls, I decided to register a complaint.
