Eceipt of books not ordered / non receipt of C D pack and non availibility of site to claim free gifts or to complain

Sir, I have received 4 books from India Today Club which i have not ordered at all by VPP which I took as i didnot know that they are books not the Saaz CD pack I have ordered. I am not able to reach them as the web site they gave is not opening. I DONT WANT THOSE BOOKS. I SHOULD BE PAID BACK THE MONEY / SENT C D PACK I ORDERED
