Online Payment - Deducted twice

Recently I accepted a holiday pacckage (order # 0GA090006928) offer from bookclub-Indiatoday, I made the payment by credit card, during the payment first time they said they did not got approvel from the bank, so I have done twice. Later on I verified my credit card statement, the ammount got deducted twice. I called the customer care 011-40502424, no use there is no proper response from them. Still I did not got my money back.

I really surprised this type of service/ response from company like India Today.
