Niether received product nor money back

Sir,

I have really made a big mistake by opting your offer. since 5 months I am struggilng for getting right products/for cancelling the order/getting back the refund.

I was offered style kit over phone about 5 months back, I agreed and I was charged wrongly for fitness kit to my credit card (Rs 3199/-). then I received (Order no OGA090059529) a parcel on some others name i.e. Narendra Waswani (my name is B Ranganath). As the name was wrong post office people did not give the parcel and sent back to you. when I contacted your call center about 45 days back, I was told that parcel has back and your amount (Rs 3199/-) will be credited back to your credit card account).

So far I have not received back My amount back. Now everything is working on electronic media all above the process should complete within 15 days, but it is still pending since five months.

I am not understanding why it is being delayed, if at all you are not going to refund please intimate me I will stop writing to you.
