India Today Book Club / Set of 4 books
Non delivery of books / non refunf of advance

Dear Sir,

I paid Rs. 599/- on 22-04-09 towards the price of a set of books in response to the offer from ITBC /Living Media (Membership number ITBC094512). As the consignment reached even after 2 months, I demanded them to refund the money paid. Even though the company promised to do the needful, I am yet to get the refund even after a delay of 2 1/2 months.

This is highly objectionable and I'm sure Living Media follows minimum ethics and will refund the money urgently.
