Non receipt of promised gifts

The offer was for CDs tupperware diamond eardrops etc. The log in id and number leads to nothing.

The payment conformation was made on Jun 25 vide credit card for around Rs 700. I received only some CDs which I realised on receipt were the same given away as free gifts with some health drinks and definitely not worth the amount.

I have made repeated calls to Delhi, and their other numbers, I have the series of e-mails sent and each time the reply is

"Give us 2-3 weeks for processing of your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Nothing has happened till date. I would like to get back the money with a compensation of Rs. 10, 000 as until they are not penalised, they would continue to take people for granted as dumb helpless beings.
