H1517 HOLIDAY STAY VOUCHERS not working

My self ALPESH KAKADIA. I'm from Surat. I have a H1517 HOLIDAY STAY VOUCHER which I've brought from INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB. At the time of buying the voucher company told me it will be valid for 9 months. I've brought it in August'09. I tried to book and use this coupon several times on site but it doesnt work. First of all I CANT EVEN LOGIN TO USE THIS VOUCHER. When I complained about it several times via emails they didnt even bother to reply me in time. I tried company's customer care number several times I THINK IF I HAVE TRIED AND WAITED THIS MUCH TIME FOR MR.MANMOHAN SINGH PROBABLY HE WOULD APPEARED. Look at this what I've got in reply via email.
