Efund not received

Dear Sir/Mam,

i had mailed to wecare@intoday.com for cancellation of my india today subscription (no. ITE1777697) on 26-11 and they conformed on 27-11 that refund shall reach me within 3-4weeks but till date i didnt received any payment. i had mailed them again on 26-02, 04-03. on 10-03 they last replied that "We are taking up the matter with the concerned department and request you to kindly allow us 1-2 days time to resolve the issue." now its more than 20 days no reply from them. i mailed again on 23-04 that reply me now or i'll go to consumer forum but still no reply.
