Non receipt of Free Holiday Voucher 2 night and 3 days vacation

An offer was advertised for purchase of 3 cds on Encyclopedia Britanica with Adidas Bag and Holiday package for worth Rs 5000/= for a price of Rs 499/=. I paid Rs 610/= including postage an handling and got the CDs but not the free gifts. They advised me to log in to a Web for claims and furnish the details and including Unique Number. I did so But no response or acknowledgment as the claim registered. I have sent various mail, email and also talked their customer no. 01140502424 (more than 1o times) since last 4 months. They vaguely directed me to do as I had already done. Many time I had did the procedure and no commitment for gifts. I wrote several times for no response. Thus I intend to write to you.
