Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had placed an order over telephone on 1.10.09 for a samsung mobile phone (marine).

The transaction for Rs 6498/- was done over phone on my credit card. A person named Mr Mohit did all the transactions from your side. It was done on telephone No 011 46830400.

I was told that a confirmation over email would be sent to me, which has not happenned till today.

My landline Telephone No is 011 23937982 and mobile is 09810255296.

My residentitial address is B-4, Staff Qtrs, St Stephens Hospital, 4 Rajpur Road, Delhi-110054.

My problem is that i have somehow misplaced the transaction order No.

I already have a comfirmation from my Credit card bank regarding the above transaction.

Please do let me know whats happenning.
