Justdial is cheating me

Hi

3 weeks back i have taken just dial plan of Rs 17000 for my company indigloo. For first week enquiries came but after that enquiries suddenly stopped.

I am calling just dial guys, they told me that there is a technical problem and they will solve it. But they are unable to solve my problem till today.

I want justdial to take strict action against this salesman:

He is fraud. He is cheat. He never picks call after selling plans. Why to keep salesman like him in your company?

I want my money back if you guys are unable to solve my problem. Please reply as soon as possible.
