The waiting list moved to RAC but the TTR assing the passager to get down

I had a train ticket to travel from Bangalore to Chennai on 21 st Feb in Train No-2962. The waitlisetd ticket moved to R B1 55 and appeared in the station systems and net. I boarded the train as mentioned as A/C 3-tier coach B1. The TTR received my E-ticket and wrote "Dropped" on my ticket and asked to get down. This travel is official and my company checked in the net and verified the status as "RAC". I want to raise a complaint against the "TTR" who asked me get down from the coach.
