Assured return airticket promotion offer has been cheated for me

IndiaPlaza.in advertised, assured return airticket for purchasing Rs5000 and above. The promotional period was 5th July to 10th September. I have Purchased for Rs5337.25 on 15th August and again for Rs 5347.25 on 10th September. But they have not given me any AirTicket. Suggest all posible ways to take acton against this cheating.
