Lost all emails automatically!

Dear Sir,
I have to lodge a major complaint against Indiatimes.com. Today, all my email messages were deleted from the server automatically. I was using this indiatimes.com email id for the past 10-12 years! (I am not giving the id, but it is very very TRUE).
Foe the past 2/3 days, I was unable to login with my regular indiatimes Id. I was getting a network error message. Today, when I logged in, I was SHOCKED and SHATTERED to see all (which may be in thousands) my email's deleted!!! I was using this id for professional purpose.
What can I do now? They do not have any customer care. In case, if they have any backup... And I am sure this problem was with hundreds of users... Can anybody help me in this case...
