Payment Erro

While doing payment for my order at Indiatimes Shopping using my SBI Debit Card via ccavenue gateway, it showed "Payment Error". But the amount was charged from my account. So i decided to place a complaint through their customer care in email 'customerservice@indiatimes.co.in'. But when i send a mail to this mail id, i immediately receive a automatically generated mail delivery failure message from their website. I was sending mail to this email id plenty of times. But no use.
