While doing payment for my order at Indiatimes Shopping using my SBI Debit Card via ccavenue gateway, it showed "Payment Error". But the amount was charged from my account. So i decided to place a complaint through their customer care in email '[email protected]'. But when i send a mail to this mail id, i immediately receive a automatically generated mail delivery failure message from their website. I was sending mail to this email id plenty of times. But no use.
