Nonreceipt of diamond ring and shooz as per their schemes

I a member of this india today and since last one year i am receiving various schemes of indiatoday club. I am a finalist of the schemes. As per your schemes I have received various items such as books, cds titled cd sazz for which i have paid the required amount. As per your schemes I have not received following items as promised after indenting the books, cds etc. The diamond ring - conformation No is SDITBG 352914 Dt 24-09 on purchase of cds saaz 16 cassettes of musical maestros. The shoose of my number 7 for which i have sent the required details and specification in the month of october on purchase of the articles. I have already paid the vpp amount as per your schemes. So far i have not to pay anything but i have neither received the articles or any confirmation. My membership no is ITBC 07254076iNVOICE NO IS ORA080015843Confirmation no is sditbg 552914 dt 24-10.The name and address is as below: The President, Bharat B shukla, b/41, satellite apptt. Nr. Kameshwar school, Jodhpur char rasta, Satelite, Ahmedabad.380015. My all cheques are accepted and no pending amount is still on my account. However, so i have not received any of the above articles. On inquiring at your office. I was informed always that you will be receiving the articles within 15 days I have tried so many times, but no fruitful results is received from your office. I am sure the scshemes you are giving to the oldest members like me, I am sure they are not fictitious or lollypop to sell your articles. I am the finalist member for which iave have received express confirmationfrom you also. So i would definately expect good cooperation and proper response from your office and then I will get satisfaction that the schemes are properly put to the members in good faith. I am sure you will look into the matter and will give me proper response at the earliest. The president, Bharat b. shukla
