Non receipt of booking forms to avail the offer and free gift of 12 best sellers books

Dear Sir,

I have made a payment of Rs:2598/ on 24 July for the above offer and received a booking ID as 440003348. I was told that the necessary forms for selected location booking and payment of Rs:800/= as DD will be forwarded to me within 21 working days. However till date, in spite of my telephone enquiry and emails, no reply received from you in this regards. It is also pertinent to inform here that, both the Toll free number given at the time of booking nos also not working now. In View of the above, I, request you inform me the reason for delay and the faith of this booking and the payment.
