Complaint regarding cheating by BAGITTODAY

With reference to the above, I have ordered the book entitled TREASURES OF THE WORLD with INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB/BAGITTODAY along with free Numero watch and free Reebok shoes, as a part of Rs 1 CRORE SWEEPSTAKES on 03-01 through cheque no 815020 for Rs 2998=00, Vijaya bank, MSRIT Branch, Mattikere, Bangalore, Karnataka. The amount of Rs 2998=00 has been debited to my account already on 02-03.

Having waited for nearly 2 months, I have contacted customer care Delhi several times but none of the staff is bothered to check about it. I am fed up of their bad service to the customer like us and after making payment I had called them umpteen times to know the status. In this connection I have raised a complaint with response@bagittoday.com and also with consumer forum. It has been a long time since nothing has been heard so far regarding the same. This amounts to callous and negligent attitude of INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB (bagit today) and they have taken the matter lightly. I requested several times but there is no proper response from their side.

In view of the above, I am request your good self to provide justice to me by ordering them to delivere the above items to my address immediately. I shall be filing a cheating case with the court of law and also before the appropraite consumer forum for the redressal of my grievences for the non delivery of goods. BAGITTODAY will be held responsible for all the damages and other costs.

Therefore I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and see that the above items are delivered immediately.
