My Self Rahul Dutt Sharma. I have purchased an Encyclopedia of Britannica from India Today Book Club which was offered to me via email. Two free gifts Addidas bag and one holiday voucher was there to be given. Company has given me a unique code which was to be entered on the site http://indiatodaybookclub/greatoffers and the gifts will me claimed. But when these details are entered on the site in reply site says that the nos. provided to me are not valid.

I have complaint many times on the customer care no. and by email but I am not getting any positive response from their behaf.
