Information n cancelling of order which was not placed

I don't know who has placed order with no.0GA080127997 by my name which i came 2 know sms es send by u.even i got information abot it's delievery on my mail by u on 25/11/08 with no.395322.i want 2 know how the order has been placed on my name n what it contains n how 2 cancel it 2.hope u will co-operate for the same this time as i have send u sms es n mail before.hoping 4 ur early reply.
