Payment refund

I have given offer for adidas shoes with 5000 Rs jewellery voucher and 5000 rs holiday voucher, total for Rs 2249/-. Sales person told that amount will deducted in 3 EMI, when I confirm my order they has deducted full amount instead of EMI from my account. I has cancel order due to this fraud. Then after bookclub give me complaint number for refund of my payment that is RE08000485 on 6th of October and commit me that I will get refund within 45 days. when I called after 45 days, on 15th November, I got new commitment that it will take 60 days means till 6th of December I got my payment. When I called again on 28th November that is there my refund cheque ready to dispatch, they give me new commitment that refund process take 60 days more. Means I can get my refund now till February. That means this company give commitment n commitment. What should to be do, please anyone suggest me. I also have all recorded communications.
