Non-receipt of free gifts

Dear sir,

i had given order to india today book club to send a set of indian classical cds which was clubbed with their offer of two free gifts (a pair of Reebock shoes and a holiday gift voucher). On delivery through post i only recieved the cds but no free gifts which they have promised in their offer although the full amount of Rs.2599.00 was paid along with the extra postal charges of Rs.141.00.Hence please help me to get my free gifts as promised in the offer.
