Not received 16 CD pack, pair of shoes and holiday gift etc

My membership no. is PT - 0001717442471. I have sent a multicity cheque no. 797087 of Rs.2249for purchase of 16 cd SAAZ pack, pair of shoes, gift vocher for purchase of jewelary and gift vocher for holiday pachage on dated 30 AUG .Money have been withdrawn from my account on 10 OCT FROM PNB model town karnal, but till date i have not received any thing, after several requets/complaints on telephone.

I shall be oblidged if something can be done or my money should be returned immediately.
