I ordered the following gift from http://bookstoday.in/ website.

Rs 3301 off on Swatch Irony Chrono Black Watch worth Rs 6300 - with free United Colors of Benetton Watch worth Rs 2600.

I ordered it on 31st dec on Phone. Mr Narendra Sharma called me from 11-47531300 this number.

I paid 3199/- using my ICICI credit card. (Ref no 74477489001007288939984)

My Membership no. : ITBC09872110

and Order no. : 0GA09006528

I still didn't receive this gift. I called customer care atleast 15 times everytime they say that it will take 14 days, or 7 days... but nothing happens.

I mailed to India Today Book Club (order@indiatodaybookclub.com and bookclub@offers.indiatodaybookclub.com) at least 15-20 times. Now they stopped giving me the reply. They said that parcel is returned because of some address problem, if it was returned, they should have processed the refund for the same. And now they are saying that they need 10 days for updating system etc. but when i mail them after given time line, they again make some excuse. I never expected that a company like INDIA TODAY will do this cheap kind of act.

Now i want my money back, as i dont have any hope to receive this product.
