Payment Refund

I made an order bearing no: MITBC-WEB-01456338 in the online site of indiatoday book club for which i made payment through credit card for Rs.2599.00 on december. After a wait of six months for order delievery i made a request to refund the payment but neither they send the order nor they made payment refund. Many times i called to them on their customer care no but till date they havent taken any action. Every time they told me that they had forwarded my complaint to their concerned department.

Plaese help me to take that refund as i had already spent a lot while making STD calls to them for refund process.
