Non Receipt of Pre Paid Order - reg

I am having a membership (No. ITBC 09997794) with India Today Book Club.

With rerefence to an offer from India Today Book Club (Philips DVD Player and Home Theatre System) I have paid Rs. 7, 598.00, through on line payment on 08.09.09. I have been given an Order reference (No. M-Commerce/0GA 090074592), and intimated that the goods will be delivered within two to three weeks. But till date I have not received my ordered items nor heared from them. I had sent so many mails in "response@indiatodaybookclub.com", and initially I got a reply from Mr. Chetan Arya of ITBC, stating that my order is under process. But since then I send severel remeinders for my ordered goods, but no response is received from "response@indiatidaybookclub" so far. Kindly inerveine and arrnge to deliver my ordered items, or arrange to credit my S.B A/c from which I had made the online payment.
