Non delivery of the order/consignment

I had booked on 9.2 MP camera alongwith many freebies on 28.10.09 and the payment was made through my credit card on the same day. The booking no. mentioned to me by their staff Ms. Geeta was 110045314.Their senior executive Mr. Rais Ahmed informed that the goods shall be delivered in 7 days. When I contacted them via mail, I was informed that my order was under process and my membership no. is ITBC09140066, which I should mention in future mails, if required. Since then I had sent two more mails which they have not replied. The goods are still to reach me. Please help.
