Request for Dis-connection of Electrical Supply

Sir,

Sub:- Disconnection of Electricity connection to Shop No.

B-214.Nerul Rliway station Bldg. Navi Mumbai

Ref:- Consumer No.000336614261 & Meter No.011008737

Since last two years shop was given on rental basis. Now current agreement with tenant is expired on 5/12. Tenant has not paid the Electricity bill for last 3 months & now unpaid amount accumulated to Rs.3380/- As I do not have any intention to do any business in this premises at present, I request you to kindly arrange to disconnect (not to remove the meter) the electricity supply to B-214 till I asked for same in writing. And also I agree to pay the minimum charges of monthly bill.
