Non working of Aquasure water storage water purifie

I purchased aquasure storage water filter in March. It started giving problems after one year of service such as failure to deliver filtered water.

I made several attempts to communicate the cell # given at the time of supply i.e., 9980312619 by one Mr. Hariprasad. He even failed to deliver the 'User Manual' which was not provided during delevery.

I am eager to have a response.
