Electricity billing for two different addresses at one address

I applied for new connection at my residential address 32-B, single storey, ramesh nagar, near gol chakkar, new delhi. I am asked for clearing the outstanding dues of two K.Nos. one is. 33307020515P and second no. 33305103266. I paid the amound due to me on K No. 33307020515. I am surprised that second K.No. 33305103266, which is not in my premises and its clearly written even in the outstanding dues letter that second K.No. is at B-32, double storey, near metro stn, ramesh nagar, new delhi, how can a commercial deptt. in NDPL does not know the difference between B-32, double storey and 32-B, single storey. It took my whole day to visit first keshav puram office and then inder puri office and still I dont know when it will be solved and i will be given new connection. Is someone listening?
