Non-Functioning of ATM cum cash card No.6220181009700074404

Dear sir, I am supplied with an ATM cum Cash Plus Card No.6220181009700074404 valid from Sept. 2009. Pin for the above card is sent subsequently which is issued by SBI, Anandbagh Branch (10097) of Secunderabad (Hyderabad) on 23-10. When i tried to withdraw cash from ATM machine at Anandbagh branch it denied stating that I entered a wrong PIN though I fed the PIN number correctly. When I contacted the toll free No. 1800112211 they directed me use it further and reveal the response code that I get in the ATM machine. I once again tried at AnuTex location and I got the response code 053 . When I contacted the Branch the concerned manager told that the branch can not do any thing; it is the job of ATM issuing Centre at Mumbai and to contact them through the above toll free number. So please enlighten me further remedy for drawing cash on the available ATM . My SB a/c No is 30877676920.
