About claim

Dear Sir,

I have taken policy from you policy number as :-209 137

three month back i have submitted my all the document regarding my accident it is now going to be more than three month that i am fighting for my claim now all people are saying that i am wrong with my document. According to them they are saying that i have gone for the operation of my nose if accourding to your doctor you are saying that i have gone for the operation so why you are not giving your doctor report to me as i have also given each and every thing in black and white with my doctor he has very clearly mention that it was a accident case in which my nose was facture you have not even done the verification in the hospital and simply given the decision. Just do one thing give me the report of your doctor in black and white, so that i can fight furthur for it, even i have given you my x-ray report in which any doctor can tell you that there is a facture in my nose. I dont know why you all are giving these kind of schemes if you dont want to give claims to the customers, i even speak to your manager Mr. Mudgal he dont even speak to me in a good manner. He dont even know how to speak with the customers. Even if you will come to me you can easily see that till now also my nose not fine.

I HOPE THAT I WILL GET SOME REVERT BY THIS
