I purchased a DVD from Infibeam which turned out to be damaged with a prominent scratch on the disc. I notified Infibeam of the same and requested them to collect the DVD from me by sending someone to my residence. They answered back stating that as per their policy, if the customer requires a Replacement or a Store Credit, he or she has to ship the DVD back to the company on their (customer's) own expense. I made it clear to Infibeam that I neither require a refund nor am I interested in getting any replacement. I explicitly wrote in my mail that the company can keep my money but even then they did not send anyone to collect the damaged item.

In addition to my plight above, the customer assistance of Infibeam is an apology in itself. They will make you wait for days for an acknowledgement.

Worst customer service I have ever come to terms with.

A Caveat For All Online Transactors - PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE SHOPPING FROM INFIBEAM. INCASE YOU WISH TO MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL, FEEL FREE TO BE THEIR GUEST. My word, NEVER SHOP FROM INFIBEAM EVER.
