I had applied for TATA INDICOM broadband on the 4th of July and I made it clear that I would only sign up if and only if they can get it dine within the 7th as I was going out of station that day. They agreed
while signing up but there was no trace of anyone once I paid them. I had to run from pillar to post on a regular basis to get hold of them. These guys do not even have the courtesy to pick up calls made by the customers. Finally my connection was done on 14th of July but the next day i.e; today the cable got
uprooted from my PC and is preesntly hanging dangerously in my building's main entrance. When complaints, their technicians blamed us stating that this is due to malhandling of the system. This is really hillarious customer service. We often hear these days that "customers are god " but for these guys "customers are dogs".
