PF withdraw form was not submitting to PF office

Dear Sir,

I am based on Tamilnadu and had a change to work on Bangalore Info services.

I leave the job on October on that day itself I given the PF withdraw form to their accounts team.

After 8 month they are told my form was missed and they ask me to give again. i went to bangalore and given the forms again.

Till now i am not received my money and I am not receiving nay update from them.

Is there any way I can get my money without going my Ex employer.

And I want to file case against for them please help me where I can put the case.

I giving the company full address and who are involved in this name and mobile number. Please help them to work correctly.
