Policy Status

Hi,

My father has taken policies one profit plus and one market plus, he expired on january.

I have applied the death claim for the 2 policies,

1. Profit Plus

Policy Number: 446437823

2. Market Plus

Policy Number: 426285382

The Phone number of the person through whom we have submitted the claim is coming as 'Does not exists'

Please let me know the status and the procedure that we need to follow now, the policy was taken in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, currently I am working in Bangalore so it difficult for me to go th the head office in Andaman
