INGVYSYA BANK
Improper account handling

Bank deducted Rs.15000/- from my account with out taking in ATM. In the account statement they mentioned 15 days back date and deducted.

Bank manager assured me that appropriate action will be taken but now 9 months left no action. I am not using that ATM account as of now.
