Efusal to claim for illness

Respected sir, this is ganesh kisan kuchekar a policy holder of INGvyasya life insurance company, my policy no - 00424302. when this companies sales executive Mr. Sandip Navle came to my home at worli in he told me tht even if you suffer from some other illness (not included in companies illness list) you ll get the total refund from INGvysya life insurance.so i agreed n took the INGvysya policy.

i sufferd from "bilateral avascular nercosis" by the end of 2009 due to which my doctor anil patil told me to go for a total hip joint replacement. and i think this case can be categories easily under"major organ transplant" but as there is no natural hip joint is available in market to replace like in case of lever or kidney we needed to go for an artificial metalic hip joint and we did the same surgery under the guidance of Dr.anil patil's ortho plus hospital at kandivali on 8 th may and i got discharged on 14th may.during this i spend 1.45 lacs for my treatments and surgery.

i submitted all the necessary documents to INGvysya life insurance on 25th may. after 1 week i got a letter from INGvysya tht i cannt claims for this kind of illness. i was shocked as i had already spent a huge amount in my treatment and i m the lone earning member of my family n have to look after the 8 members of my family, now i totally depressed n wish to end my life as i cannt see my family finding difficulties in dailylife without a single penny from my end.
