Careless & irresponsible ING VYSYA management

I have taken a ING vysya ULIP policy numbered 01020590 last year.

My name is wrongly specified in the policy. Unknowingly I was paying the premiums on the name of some one else.

When communicated the same with a written complaint to ING VYSYA kukatpally branch, Hyderabad there was no proper response. Added to this my bond was not issued.

They are not forgetting the premium notices, but they forget delivery of policy. Unknowingly I have choosen a wrong company (ING Vysya).
