ING VYSYA LIFE INSURANCE
SIGNATURES FORGED

Hello Sir,

I have taken a ING vysya policy on 4th July. The agent who got us into the policy cheated us with all false promises, and made us pay INR 9800 . When i received the documents regarding my policy i found out that our signatures were forged. I called up the customer care and told them about the incident, I was shocked to hear a different story from them towards the policy. Kindly help me i invested this amount even though i had many commitments. Now how can i proceed legally. Can i claim any monetary loss? Please advice
