I had purchased a new Mobile connection from the Vodafone co., and had submitted the gift voucher, along with a copy of my last bill-duly paid. I was assured of a gift within seven working days of the despatch of my letter to the above co. at Chandigarh. Now, more than 2 weeks have elapsed since, and there is no response. Besides, I have been trying to contact on their phone lines, and it is next to impossible to get across and even have anyone caring to reply or respond. PLEASE EXPEDITE THE MATTER FAST.
