I had purchased a new Mobile connection from the Vodafone co., and had submitted the gift voucher, along with a copy of my last bill-duly paid. I was assured of a gift within seven working days of the despatch of my letter to the above co. at Chandigarh. Now, more than 2 weeks have elapsed since, and there is no response.
