I didnt get refund for kites first day show in inox. I booked my tickets online

I supposed to get my refund of kites first day first show which i booked online in inox at mantri square malleswaram. As per the instructions given they are supposed to pay refund me in seven days & for that 12 days happen & i didnt get money in my account.

You should close this inox theaters because after assuring also you are not doing your work.
